Effect of Annealing on Electrochemical Behavior of Chromium Bronze in NaCl Solution
摘 要
铬青铜作为一种典型的固溶时效强化型合金而得到了愈来愈广泛的应用.研究了退火前后的铬青铜在不同浓度氯化钠溶液中的电化学性能变化.结果表明,元素Cr、Zr的添加降低了合金的耐蚀性能,随着退火温度的升高,这种降低作用进一步增强.相对于未退火试样而言,氯离子浓度的增加对退火合金耐蚀性能的影响在逐渐减弱,不同种类铬青铜之间的耐蚀性能差异在逐渐缩小.
Abstract
Chromium bronze,as a solid solution and aging strengthened alloy,is widely used due to its high strength,high conductivity and good wear resistance.The effect of annealing on the electrochemical behavior of chromium bronze in NaCl solution was investigated.The results showed that the addition of Cr and Zr could decrease the corrosion resistance of copper alloy,and the unbeneficial effect became stronger with increasing annealing temperature.Compared with unannealed simple,the effect of Cl- concentration on the corrosion behavior of annealed alloy was weakened,and the difference of corrosion resistance with varrous contents of Cr and Zr was reduced.
