Anti-corrosion Property of a New Non-toxic Blacken film on Steel Surface
摘 要
以发黑膜的耐腐蚀性为检验指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研制了一种用于钢铁表面防腐蚀处理的新型无毒发黑液,并讨论了配方成分对发黑膜耐腐蚀性的影响.扫描电镜(SEM)结果显示在A3钢表面形成了致密的发黑膜.电化学试验结果表明该发黑膜提高了金属表面的腐蚀电位,大大减缓了基体材料的腐蚀速率.
Abstract
A new non-toxic blackening liquid used for steel surface anti-corrosion treatment was developed through single factor and orthogonal experiments.Using corrosion resistance of the black film as test index,the effect of prescription ingredients on anti-corrosion property of the black film was studied.The result of SEM showed that the dense and uniform black film was formed on A3 steel.Polarization curves revealed that the black film could reduce the corrosion rate of the substrate material greatly and increase the corrosion potential of the metal.
