Corrosion Factors and Countermeasures of Gas Wells with CO2
摘 要
在综合考虑气田开发中防腐蚀工程的特点和技术需求的基础上,根据现场腐蚀环境参数测试结果,采用动态高温高压釜,在不同的温度、流速、压力、pH值条件下对现场在用的材料进行了腐蚀失重试验,从而确定井下在设材料的腐蚀情况.模拟CO2环境筛选出油套环空保护液、气井井下缓蚀剂和地面缓蚀剂,形成试气、完井、试采过程和地面集输系统的防腐蚀对策,完善腐蚀监测技术和腐蚀信息数据库管理系统.以上对策已进行了现场应用.
Abstract
Considering the characteristics and technical requirements of the gas field development in anti-corrosion,according to corrosion test results of environmental parameters,using dynamic high-temperature autoclave,under the conditions of different temperature,flow,pressure,pH value,the weigh loss tests were carried out for applied materials.Through simulating the CO2 conditions,oil rings,air corrosion inhibitor and gas well corrosion inhibitors of ground and underground were screened.Corrosion coumtrer measures for gas test,completion,trial-produce and ground transportation systems were formed.Corrosion monitoring technology and information database management system was perfected and applied onsite successfully.
