A Sulphuric Solution Inhibitor Containing Dithiocarbamate and Its Anti-corrosion Effect on Copper
摘 要
合成了一种含二硫代氨基甲酸基团的硫酸缓蚀剂——三乙烯四胺基双(二硫代甲酸钠)(简称DTCT).采用红外、紫外光谱及元素分析手段对DTCT的结构进行了表征.交流阻抗测试结果表明,在0.5 mol/L的硫酸介质中,随着DTCT浓度的增加,黄铜电极的阻抗逐渐增大,在75 mg/L时达到最大,之后随着浓度的进一步增加,电极阻抗反而减小;腐蚀失重试验结果表明DTCT在75 mg/L时缓蚀效率可达到65%,在0.5 mol/L硫酸介质中对黄铜具有较好的缓蚀效果.
Abstract
A copper corrosion inhibitor of triethylenetetramine-bisdithiocarbamate sodion (DTCT) used in sulphuric acid was synthesized and its structure was characterized by FTIR and UV spectroscopy.The EIS results indicated that the impedance values of brass electrodes initially increased with the DTCT concentration,reached a maximum at 75 mg/L.Then the impedance values decreased a little with further increase of DTCT concentration.The weight-loss results showed that DTCT had a relatively good inhibition efficiency of 65% in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 at a concentration of 75 mg/L.
