Preparation of Zirconate Chemical Conversion Film on Aluminium Alloy
摘 要
为了取代铝材铬酸盐化学成膜工艺,用锆酸盐化学处理液处理LY12铝合金,生成无铬的转化膜.测试转化膜厚度、NaOH-甘油点滴液起泡时间及转化膜与漆膜的结合力.通过正交试验和单因素试验得到较优的工艺:K2ZrF6 3 g/L,聚乙二醇2.5 g/L,磷酸1 g/L,温度35 ℃.转化膜厚度2.8 μm,点滴液起泡时间达到64 s,与阴极电泳漆膜的结合力达到一级.
Abstract
The conversion film without chromium was prepared on aluminum alloy LY12 in zirconate solution.The coating thickness,bubbling time in NaOH-glycerol dropping solution and adhesion with coating were tested.The zirconate treatment process was optimized by orthogonal experiments and one factor experiments as follows: K2ZrF6 3 g/L,polyglycol 2 g/L,phosphoric acid 1 g/L,temperature 35 ℃.The thickness of conversion film was 2.8 μm.The bubbling time was 64 s.The adhesion with paint coating was first class.
