Aging Behavior of Epoxy-adhesive in Typical Atmospheric Environments
摘 要
对环氧胶粘剂在三个典型大气环境试验站进行一年大气暴晒试验.采用力学性能测试、表观形貌分析,以及界面分析等方法,研究了不同大气环境对环氧胶粘剂老化性能的影响.结果表明:在大气环境下,随着老化时间的延长,环氧胶粘剂的抗老化性能显著下降;温度、降雨量和湿度是影响环氧胶粘剂力学性能的主要因素,日照辐射量是影响光泽度的主要因素.
Abstract
The aging performance of epoxy-adhesive exposed for one year in three typical atmospheric environments was studied by means of mechanical property testing,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and interface analyses.The results showed that the aging resistance of epoxy-adhesive was decreased remarkably with the time increased.Temperature,rainfall and humidity were the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of the adhesive,while the sunshine irradiation was the main factor affecting the glossiness.
