Effect of Stray Current on Corrosion Resistance of Grounding Grid Materials at Substation
摘 要
采用直流电流和交流电流模拟变电站杂散电流的方法,试验探讨了交、直流杂散电流对接地网材料耐蚀性的影响.结果表明,直流杂散电流对材料耐蚀性的影响远远大于交流电流,且直流杂散电流的影响与土壤电导率基本成正比,与土壤pH值相关性不明显.交流杂散电流的影响与土壤电导率和pH值均无明显的相关性.
Abstract
The effect of AC/DC stray current on corrosion resistance of grounding grid materials was studied by applying AC/DC to simulating the stray current at substation.The results showed that the effect of DC stray current on corrosion resistance was much greater than the effect of AC stray current.Effect of DC stray current was essentially proportional to soil conductivity and had unobvious correlation with pH of soil;Effect of AC stray current had unobvious correlation with pH and conductivity of soil.
