Electrochemical Crevice Corrosion Behavior of TA2 in Bittern
摘 要
据实际的制盐工艺条件,使用单因素和正交试验,通过测量电极的极化电阻,研究了TA2在不同温度、S2-浓度、CO2-3浓度、pH值和流速的盐卤介质中的缝隙腐蚀行为.结果表明,在盐卤介质中温度和CO2-3浓度对TA2耐缝隙蚀性能的影响较大,而pH值,流速和S2-浓度对其影响较小.
Abstract
Accordding to the actual process of salt making,the crevice corrosion behaviores of TA2 in bittern with different temperature,S2- concentration,CO2-3 concentration,pH value and flow velocity were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the temperature and CO2-3 concentration had a great influences on crevice corrosion resistance of TA2 in bittern,and pH value,flow velocity and S2- concentration had a little influences.
