Inhibition Effect of PASP on Carbon Steel in Nitric Acid Solution Evaluated by Electrochemistry Methods
摘 要
利用极化曲线和电化学阻抗法研究了0.1 mol/L硝酸溶液中聚天冬氨酸(PASP)对碳钢的缓蚀作用.结果表明,20 ℃时,在试验范围内,随着PASP浓度增大缓蚀效率增大,当体系中添加0.5 g/L PASP时,缓蚀效率达到85.3%,聚天冬氨酸对碳钢是以抑制阴极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂;根据电化学阻抗数据,利用EQU IVCRT软件拟合的等效电路为R(RC)((RW)Q).
Abstract
Corrosion inhibition performane of polyaspartic acid (PASP) for carbon steel in 0.1 mol/L nitric acid solution was studied by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results showed that the inhibition efficiency increased with increasing PASP concentration at 20℃.When PASP concentration was 0.5 g/L,the inhibition efficiency was 85.3%.The PASP is a mixed type inhibitor which restrains cathodic reaction.Equivalent circuit was obtained as R(RC)((RW)Q) by EQU from electrochemical impedance data.
