Effect of Ion Concentration on CO2 Corrosion Evaluated by Orthogonal Experiment
摘 要
利用拉丁正交试验研究了在常温、常压下,不同浓度的六种常见离子对川西气田某气井N80钢CO2腐蚀的影响规律,结果显示:在CO2饱和的液相介质中,Ca2+和CO2-3对CO2腐蚀速率影响较大,其次是Fe2+,其他离子的影响程度较小.随着Cl-浓度的增加,腐蚀速率先增大后减小,但是变化幅度不是很大;随着Fe2+浓度的增大,介质的腐蚀速率降低;随着SO2-4和Mg2+浓度的增加,腐蚀速率增加,但是Mg2+的影响很小;随着Ca2+和CO2-3浓度的增加,腐蚀速率先减小后增大.
Abstract
Orthogonality experiments were performed at normal temperature and pressure to investigate the influence of six kinds of ions with different concentrations on the corrosion behavior of N80 steel in a given corrosion medium.It was found that Ca2+ and CO2-3 in the liquid medium saturated with CO2 had great effect on the corrosion rate,the next was Fe2+,and other ions had little influence.With the increase of the concentration of Cl-,the corrosion rate increased firstly and then decreased,but the change was not obvious.With the increase of the concentration of Fe2+,the corrosion rate reduced.With increasing the concentration of SO2-4 and Mg2+,the corrosion rate increased,but Mg2+ had little influence.With the increase of the concentration of Ca2+ and CO2-3,the corrosion rate decreased first and then increased.
