Anticorrosion Property of Black Chemical Oxidation Film on Aluminium Alloy
摘 要
采用化学氧化着色技术获得铝合金黑色氧化膜.采用点滴试验及电化学极化曲线评价了铝合金黑色氧化膜的耐蚀性能,利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDX) 观察分析了氧化膜的表面形貌和组成.试验表明,该氧化膜表面呈网络状裂纹,氧化膜主要由氧、铝、锰、钴和铬等元素组成,未经封闭的铝合金的耐蚀性能与空白铝合金相似,而经重铬酸钾封闭后,具有优良的耐蚀性能.
Abstract
The anticorrosion properties of the black oxidation film on aluminium alloy were evaluated by means of dropping testing and electrochemical polarization curves.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray detector(EDX) were used to analyze the surface morphology and composition.The results showed that the micro-structure of the oxidation film was network of cracks,and the main composition of the oxidation film were O,Al,Mn,Co and Cr.The potentialdynamic polarization curve results indicated that the corrosion resistance of unsealed alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution was similar to that of the blank sample,and the sample sealed by K2Cr2O7 had a good corrosion resistance.
