Preparing Technology and Corrosion Resistance of Micro-arc Oxidation-Electrophoretic Coating on Pure Al
摘 要
分别在纯铝表面沉积微弧氧化膜、电泳膜及微弧氧化-电泳复合膜层,采用扫描电镜分析了复合膜层表面及截面形貌,通过划格法和划痕试验测定了不同膜层间的结合力,采用极化曲线和加速盐雾腐蚀试验(CASS)考察不同表面处理后样品的耐蚀性.结果表明:微弧氧化膜层提高了电泳膜层与基体的结合力,同时,电泳膜提高了微弧氧化膜的耐蚀性,双膜层的耐蚀性好于单一膜层.
Abstract
Micro-arc oxidation (MAO) coatings,electrophoretic deposition (EPD) coatings,and combined MAO + EPD coatings were deposited on pure Al sheets respectively.The surface and cross-sectional morphology was observed by means of SEM.The adhesion was tested by grid method and scratch test,The polarization curves and CASS tests were carried out to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the coatings.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the combined MAO +EPD coatings was better than that of single MAO or EPD coating,and the MAO coating could improve the adhesion of Al sheets and EPD coating.
