An Improved Ti-based Surface Conditioning Agent
摘 要
金属表面的活化状态对磷化作用的好坏影响很大,表面调整是一种在磷化前对金属表面进行活化处理的有效方法.钛系表面调整剂是金属表面处理应用最广泛的表面调整剂,通过在制备表面调整剂时添加偏硅酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠,极大地改善了胶体钛盐的贮存稳定性.
Abstract
The activating state of metal surface plays an important part in phosphating of the metal.Surface conditioning is an effective method of activating metal surface.Ti-based surface conditioner is the most widely used conditioner.The storage life of colloidal titanium was improved greatly by the addition of sodium silicate together with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose during preparation of the conditioning agent.
