Insulation Failure Judgement Method of Rigid Polyurethane Foam Insulating Layers on Buried Pipelines
摘 要
长输管道由于外覆盖层失效引起的管道腐蚀问题日益受到关注.基于国内外对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料防腐蚀保温层的研究成果,采用ANSYS仿真分析的方法,建立了以防腐蚀保温层导热系数为基础的保温失效数学模型及其判断方法.实践表明,该方法可对防腐蚀保温层是否存在保温失效做出有效判断.
Abstract
With the increase of long-distance pipelines,corrosion caused by the external coating failure of buried pipelines is concerned about increasingly.Based on research results in relevant fields,by using ANSYS simulation analysis,the insulation failure judgement method and mathematic model have been established.The results show that the criterion is reliable and useful.
