金属测井钢丝高温高压CO2腐蚀及数据管理

摘 要
常见的常温常压CO2腐蚀预测模型不能用于庆深气田高温高压实际环境中CO2腐蚀的预测.介绍了针对庆深气田实际环境进行的高温高压CO2腐蚀试验方法.在积累大量已有的庆深气田测井钢丝高温高压CO2腐蚀试验数据基础上,提出建立数据库的构想,以便数据管理和腐蚀速率的图形显示,方便用户快速查询和对腐蚀速率进行预测.

Abstract
According to the actual high temperature and pressure corrosion environment in Qinshen gas field,the common CO2 corrosion prediction model used for normal temperature and pressure conditions can not be used.CO2 corrosion test method in high temperature and pressure environment of Qinshen gas field was described.Based on the accumulated date of corrosion rate,a concept of establishing the database with the properties of graphical display,user-friendly query and quick prediction of corrosion rates was put forward.
