Influence of Different Kinds of Surfactants on Zinc Phosphate Coating
摘 要
通过测试膜重、结合力和耐碱性,研究了表面活性剂对锌系磷化膜的影响.结果表明,在磷化液中添加表面活性剂,锌系磷化膜的膜重减轻,所形成的磷化膜更加致密,晶粒更小,其结合力和耐碱性得到增强.
Abstract
Influence of different kinds of surfactants on zinc phosphate coating was investigated by means of coating weight tests,adhesion and alkali resistance.The results showed that the surfactants in zinc phosphate solution could decrease the weight of phosphate coating.The phosphate coating formed was more compact and the crystals of the coating were finer,the adhesion and alkali resistance were enhanced after adding surfactants in zine phosphare solution.
