Selection and Evaluation of Oil Country Tubular Goods for Sour Corrosion Environment
摘 要
分析了酸性气体腐蚀环境油井管选材时需要考虑的主要因素,建立了包括三大类11个具体因素的油井管选材评价体系,对11个具体因素给予一定的权重,对常用酸性腐蚀环境油井管的性能及其适用条件进行细分并采用4分制打分.利用权重系数法计算出常用酸性气体腐蚀环境油井管材在具体工程中的得分,由此比较油井管材在该工程中的优劣及适用情况.
Abstract
The factors which should be considered when OCTG (oil country tubular goods) are selected for acid gas corrosion environment were analyzed.The OCTG selection and evaluation system including 11 detailed factors within 3 broad categories was established.A certain weight was assigned to 11 detailed factors.The performance of OCTG used in common acid gas corrosion environment and the applicable conditions were subdivided and scored according to 4 grades.Utilizing weight coefficient method which calculated the scores of OCTG used in common acid gas corrosion environment was applied to a certain engineering.Therefore the advantages and disadvantages of OCTG in the engineering could be compared and the applicability was judged.
