Leakage Analysis of Low Temperature Reheater Tube in a Super High Pressure Boiler
摘 要
DG-670/140-8型超高压锅炉低温再热器发生大面积爆管.根据爆管再热器内表面腐蚀形貌、腐蚀特征和腐蚀产物的试验分析结果,推断氧腐蚀是引起爆管的根本原因,不纯物质的带入和停运等促进了氧腐蚀.提出了对凝汽器查漏封堵,加强水质监督、减少汽水携带、加强停炉保护、管材升级等防范措施.
Abstract
Severe pitting corrosion and tube leakage took place at the internal surface of low temperature reheater of a DG-670/140-8 super high-pressure boiler.The analytical results of corrosion morphology,corrosion characteristics and corrosion products analyses showed that the oxygen corrosion was the main reason for the tube leakage.The factors of impurity and running stop could accelerate the oxygen corrosion.The improving measures were also proposed.
