AFM and Electro-chemical Analysis of Pitting Corrosion of 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel in HCl Solution
摘 要
为了解2205双相不锈钢(2205DSS)在0.5 mol/L和1 mol/L HCl中的点蚀行为,用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了2205DSS在0.5 mol/L和1 mol/L HCl溶液中浸蚀不同时间后的点蚀形貌;通过动电位扫描曲线测试了2205DSS在两种溶液中的耐点蚀性能.结果表明,2205DSS在0.5 mol/L HCl和在1 mol/L HCl溶液中都具有较好的耐点蚀能力.
Abstract
In order to study the pitting corrosion of 2205 duplex stainless steel(2205DSS) in 0.5 mol/L and 1 mol/L HCl solution,the pitting corrosion morphology of 2205DSS in 0.5 mol/L and 1 mol/L HCl solutions were analyzed by atomic force microscope (AFM) at different time;potentiodynamic polarrization curves were tested to evaluate the pitting corrosion resistance of 2205DSS in 0.5 mol/L and 1 mol/L HCl solutions.The results indicated that 2205DSS had good pitting corrosion resistance in HCl solution.
