Anti-corrosion Performance of an Epoxy Rebar Paint
摘 要
在海洋环境和使用融雪剂的地方,由氯离子渗透所引起的混凝土内钢筋锈蚀是导致钢筋混凝土结构失效的主要原因.研制了一种用于混凝土内钢筋表面的溶剂型环氧防腐蚀涂料体系.研究了防锈颜料、玻璃鳞片的种类、用量等对底漆和面漆防腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,选用云母氧化铁和三聚磷酸铝作为底漆防锈颜料,颜料体积浓度(PVC)控制在25%~31%之间,面漆添加27%左右经偶联剂处理后的120目左右玻璃磷片,可获得抗氯离子渗透能力较好的涂层.
Abstract
At marine environments and the places using snow-melting agents,the rebar corrosion caused by penetration of chloridion is a major factor which can lead to invalidation of concrete structures.A solvent based anti-corrosion paint system applied to rebar surface of concrete structure had been developed.The influences of anti-corrosion pigments and glass flakes on anti-corrosion performance of the primer and top coating were studied.The results showed that the coating system with 25% ~ 31% micaceous ferric oxide and mel-phosphate aluminium as anti-corrosion pigments of primer and with an addition of 27% glass flakes treated by coupling agent to the top coating had good resistance to chloridion penetration.
