Formation Reason and Treatment Methods of Cracks in an Alkali Storage Tank
摘 要
锦州某石化公司添加剂车间一个50 m3立式浓碱储罐的焊接热影响区出现大量严重裂纹.对其产生原因进行了分析,进而提出了处理措施.分析结果表明,该储罐焊接热影响区裂纹是一种碱脆应力腐蚀裂纹.合理选材、选择合适的运行加热方式和温度可以有效地防止碱脆的发生.改造后的碱储罐使用3年多没有再发生渗漏现象.
Abstract
The formation reason of cracks in the welding heat affected zone of a 50 m3 vertical concentrated alkali storage tank in the additive workshop of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company was analyzed and the corresponding treatment measures were put forward.The analysis results showed that the cracks appearing in the welding heat affected zone were a kind of alkali embrittlement stress corrosion cracks,and could be prevented by taking suitable materials,heating methods and temperatures.The treated tank has not shown cracking for three years.
