Evaluation of Well Inhibitors in Naoer Oilfield
摘 要
针对淖尔油田的腐蚀现状,对油田常用的缓蚀剂CT2-4、HYZ-1、CT5-9和CD-2进行室内及现场筛选评价.结果表明,缓蚀剂CT2-4适合该油田,且具有较好的缓蚀效果,试验的7口井平均缓蚀率为86.7%.加入CT2-4缓蚀剂后,N6-19油井产出液中铁离子含量由加药前的56.7 mg/L降到1 mg/L以下,并保持了较好的稳定性.
Abstract
For the corrosion status of Naoer oilfield,the commonly used inhibitors CT2-4,HYZ-1,CT5-9 and CD-2 were screened and evaluated by laboratory and field experiments.The results showed that CT2-4 was suitable to Naoer oilfield and had good inhibition efficiency,the average corrosion inhibition efficiency in seven experimental wells was 86.7%.And after addition of CT2-4,the iron ions in the produced fluid of well N6-19 had been reduced from 56.7 mg/L to less than 1 mg/L,and kept good stability.
