Failure Analysis of Field Joint Coating(FJC) and Suggestion
摘 要
热收缩带补口技术在中国石油新建管线工程中已经得到了广泛应用.但是,在热收缩带应用现场的调研过程中发现了补口失效.本工作结合现场施工工艺、热收缩带材料及相关实验室检测标准等分析了补口失效的原因,对热熔胶粘剂的改性研究、现场施工工艺的优化及防腐蚀保温材料实验室检测标准和方法的完善提出了建议.
Abstract
The field joint coating(FJC) technology based on heat shrinkable sleeves(HSS) has been used widely in the new oil/gas pipeline projects of PetroChina.However,there was some joint coating failure occurring in installation field.Results of failure analyses in the present work show that it is urgent to improve the performance of key materials,to optimize the installation process and to perfect the current standards and specifications applied to laboratory tests to enhance the quality control of FJC projects.Some suggestions have leen put forward.
