Corrosion Inhibition Behavior of MSY-1 Inhibitor for Downhole Tubular Goods in CO2/H2S Environment
摘 要
利用高温高压硫化氢腐蚀测试仪研究了自制缓蚀剂MSY-1对不同井下管材的缓蚀行为,并从静态、动态、CO2和H2S分压变化等方面评价了缓蚀剂的缓蚀能力.结果表明,CO2,H2S共存时,在相同试验条件下,动态腐蚀速率明显高于静态腐蚀速率,前者为后者的1.5~2倍;0.02%的MSY-1可明显降低静、动态腐蚀速率,缓蚀率达90%以上;CO2、H2S共存时,H2S的存在一定程度上减缓了CO2对钢材的腐蚀,且随着H2S分压的增大,腐蚀速率降低,而CO2分压增大使腐蚀速率增加.
Abstract
Using high temperature and high pressure hydrogen sulfide corrosion tester,the corrosion behavior of different downhole tubular goods after adding the corrosion inhibitor MSY-1 was studied in the environment containing CO2 and H2S.The effects of static or dynamic conditions,CO2 and H2S partial pressures on the corrosion inhibiton efficiency were evaluated.The results showed that under the same experimental conditions with CO2/H2S coexisted,the dynamic corrosion rate was higher than the static corrosion rate significantly,the value of the former was about 1.5~2 times of that of the latter;0.02% MSY-1 could reduce the static and dynamic corrosion rates significantly,and the inhibiton efficiency was more than 90%.When CO2/H2S coexisted,the existence of H2S slowed down CO2 corrosion of steels to certain extent,and with increasing H2S partial pressure,the corrosion rate decreased;and with increasing CO2 partial pressure,the corrosion rate increased.
