Effect of Aging Temperature on Corrosion Behaviors of 17-4 PH Precipitation-hardening Stainless Steel in Waste Sulphuric Acid
摘 要
17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢经适当的热处理后具有优良的综合性能,常用于石油、化工、航天航空等领域.本工作研究时效温度对17-4PH不锈钢力学性能及在工业废硫酸溶液中腐蚀行为的影响,结果表明:随着时效温度升高,17-4PH不锈钢屈服强度和抗拉强度下降,断面收缩率和延伸率增加:其冲击断口形貌由脆性断裂逐渐过渡为韧性断裂:自腐蚀电位关系为E550 ℃>E620 ℃>E580 ℃.浸泡试验结果表明,经550 ℃时效处理的17-4PH具有较好耐蚀性能,620 ℃次之,580 ℃最差.
Abstract
After aging treatment 17-4PH stainless steel has excellent mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance,and is extensively used in the filed of petrochemical engineering,chemical engineering and aerospace.In this paper,the effect of the aging temperature on the mechanical properties and corrosion behaviors of the 17-4PH stainless steel in waste sulphuric acid was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of aging temperature,the yield stress and the tensile stress of the 17-4PH stainless steel decreased,and the reduction of area and elongation increased.The fracture mode transformed from brittle fracture to ductile fracture.The free corrosion potentials of 17-4PH stainless steels after different aging temperature were E550 ℃>E620 ℃>E580 ℃.The immersion experiments showed that the corrosion resistance of the 17-4PH stainless steels aged at 550 ℃ was best,at 620 ℃ was second and at 580 ℃ was last.
