Development of Compound Iron Sulfide Cleaning Agent
摘 要
研制了一种复合型硫铁化物清洗剂.该清洗剂由表面活性剂、四羟甲基硫酸磷(THPS)、氯化铵、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)和缓蚀剂复合而成.测试了其硫化亚铁去除力、乳化力、分散力、硫化氢的去除效果和对碳钢的腐蚀速率.该硫铁化物清洗剂能有效去除油罐中沉积的硫化亚铁,避免了硫化亚铁的自燃危害,清洗剂对环境友好,是值得推广的硫铁化物清洗剂.
Abstract
A kind of compound iron sulfide cleaning agent was developed successfully.The cleaning agent usually contained surfactant,tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate,ammonium chloride,ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and corrosion inhibitor.The removal efficiency of iron sulfide and hydrogen sulfide,the emulsifying power and dispersancy of cleaning agent,and carbon steel corrosion rate were tested.The results showed that the cleaning agent could remove iron sulfide in oil tank and prevent auto-ignition effectively.The cleaning agent is also environment-friendly,which is worth of promotion.
