Corrosion Resistance of Anticorrosive Coatings of Epoxy Resin Modified by Nano SiO2-rare Elements
摘 要
通过在溶胶凝胶过程中原位添加硝酸钬、硝酸铒、硝酸钐稀土金属, 制备改性纳米SiO2, 并将其添加到环氧树脂中得到一种纳米SiO2-稀土金属复合改性环氧树脂涂料。用红外光谱仪对改性前后的纳米粒子进行了结构表征; 采用电化学方法测试了复合改性环氧树脂涂层在3.5% NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性。结果表明,添加纳米SiO2-硝酸铒复合改性环氧树脂涂料的防腐蚀性能最佳。
Abstract
Modified nano SiO2 was prepared with situ adding rare metals of holmium nitrate, bait nitrate, samarium nitrate in the sol-gel procession. The synthesized products were dispersed in epoxy resin. The structure of the products were characterized by infrared spectrometer. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of modified epoxy resin composite coatings was tested in 3.5% NaCl solution. The results showed that the anticorrosion performance of the composite coating with adding nanometer SiO2-bait nitrate was the best.
