Determination of Phosphorus in LiFePO4/C by Gravimetric Method
摘 要
采用重量法测定碳包覆磷酸铁锂中磷的含量.对比了灼烧除碳与过滤除碳前处理后以磷钼酸喹啉重量法测定碳包覆磷酸铁锂中的磷含量.优化的试验条件如下:① 样品经过滤除碳预处理;② 沉淀剂加入量为20 mL;③ 加热温度为90 ℃.方法用于碳包覆磷酸铁锂样品的测定,加标回收率在98.9%~99.8%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=9)在0.30%~0.43%之间.
Abstract
Gravimetric method was applied to the determination of phosphorus in LiFePO4/C.Pretreatment methods of carbon removal by ashing and filtration were compared in determination of phosphorus in LiFePO4/C using quinoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric method.The optimized conditions found were as follows:① pretreatment method of carbon removal of sample:filtration;② amount of precipitant:20 mL;③ heating temperature:90 ℃.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of LiFePO4/C,giving values of recovery and RSD′s (n=9) in the ranges of 98.9%-99.8% and 0.30%-0.43%,respectively.
