Evaluation of Key Points of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing in ASME 2013 NDE Part 2:Computerized Imaging Techniques
摘 要
探讨ASME最新版(2013)第Ⅴ卷《无损检测》第四章中有关承压设备相控阵超声成像检测的主要规定.评析承压设备焊接接头体积检测必须采用的CI(计算机成像)技术,突出相控阵超声检测扫查的典型模式,探测布图的典型示例,以及典型缺陷的相控阵读谱精要.意在对照国标国情,找差距、纠偏误,使中国企业正确执行ASME有关规范的水平更上一个台阶.
Abstract
Present paper discusses the key requirements of phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) for pressure equipment presented in the updated edition of ASME Code(2013),Section Ⅴ NDE,Article 4.This is the second part:evaluation of Computerized Imaging (CI) Techniques ought to be used for performing volumetric inspection of pressure equipment welds,in which emphasis is laid on the typical scanning patterns with PAUT,on the typical scan plan cases for butt welds and Tee welds,and also on the interpretation essentials of typical welding flaws detected by PA.The intention is to compare with our industrial standards and to look at our national condition,thus we can find out the gap and correct errors in this field,so that making the Chinese enterprises perform the referencing ASME Code Section raised to a higher level.
