Design and Application of Eddy Current Testing Contrast Sample in Aircraft Maintenance
摘 要
涡流检测对比试样是涡流检测过程中缺陷判定的重要依据,如何根据检测部位、检测要求设计人工缺陷的类型和尺寸尤为重要.针对飞机无损检测手册中规定的定检过程中需要进行涡流检测的项目,设计了3种涡流检测对比试块,并应用于飞机具体部位的检测中.
Abstract
Eddy current testing contrast specimen is of an important basis of eddy current testing process for defect determination,and it is particularly important to know how to design the type and size of artificial defects according to the testing site and requirement.In this paper,in view of the eddy current testing project specified in the nondestructive testing manual regulations for the plane in the process of the timing detection,three kinds of eddy current testing contrast specimens were designed and applied to the test of the aircraft specific parts.
