Improvement on Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Processing for High Pressure Turbine Blade of Aero-Engine
摘 要
采用试验及对比分析方法,查找高压涡轮叶片试车后荧光渗透检测发现铸造缺陷比例偏高的原因,改变了铸件荧光渗透检测前的预处理方式,在试车后荧光渗透检测前增加了真空热处理工序,同时优化了荧光渗透检测工艺等.实践表明,通过改进工艺,高压涡轮叶片检测可靠性得到了提高,叶片试车后发现铸造缺陷的比例被降低.
Abstract
In this paper,experiments and comparison analysis are used to check the reason why casting defect founding rate of High Pressure Turbine blades is higher than ever during the Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection after commissioning of High pressure turbine.The blade′s pre-cleaning methods of Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection are changed and vacuum heat-treating operation is added before Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection and inspection process of Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection is optimized.Experiment proved that the inspection reliability can be improved and the defect rate found in the casting can be decreased.
