Comparison of Leeb Hardness and Brinell Hardness of P92 Steel under Different Heat Treatment Conditions
摘 要
从规格为ID349 mm×94.5 mm的P92钢主蒸汽管道上取样,进行了不同工艺的淬火+回火热处理,然后对不同热处理状态下的P92钢分别用便携式里氏硬度计和台式布洛维硬度计进行了硬度测试,研究了里氏硬度与布氏硬度之间的关系,同时用光学显微镜对P92钢的显微组织进行了观察.结果表明:里氏硬度计测得的布氏硬度换算值(HBHLD)及依据GB/T 17394-1998的查表值均低于试样实测的布氏硬度值,且不同型号的里氏硬度计测得的结果差别较大;P92钢在810 ℃回火后仍保留马氏体的形态特征.
Abstract
The samples cut from ID349 mm×94.5 mm P92 steel main steam pipe were quenched and tempered with different processes.Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness of the P92 samples were tested by portable Leeb hardness tester and desktop Brinell Rockwell & Vickers hardness tester.The relationship between the tested Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness were studied.Microstructure of the samples was also observed by metallographic microscope.The results show that the conversion values acquired from Leeb hardness(HBHLD) and GB/T 17394-1998 were both lower than the actual Brinell hardness,and the test values from different Leeb hardness tester had much deviation.The martensite morphology still maintained in P92 steel even tempered at 810 ℃.
