Testing and Evaluation on Thermoelectric Generator Mounted on an Engine Bench
摘 要
基于自主合成的BiTe系热电材料制作了热电发电片,设计了热电发电机(TEG)的集热端与水冷散热端结构以及发电片/电路的布置方式,进而制成了适用于大马力柴油发动机尾气排气管的TEG装置,研究规划了TEG输出功率特性测试方法,并搭建了相应的测试平台,系统地研究了不同发动机工况(转速-扭矩)下TEG的输出功率特性,包括温差-输出功率关系、工况-输出功率关系以及安装TEG后对发动机排气背压的影响.
Abstract
Thermoelectric generate sheets were fabricated with BiTe thermoelectric material which was synthesized independently.The structure of heat collection end and water-cooling heat dissipation end,and the arrangement of thermoelectric generate sheets/electric circuit of the thermoelectric generator(TEG) were also designed.Based on them,TEG device which was suited to install on the exhaust pipe of large-power diesel engine was developed.Furthermore,the method of testing the TEG output power feature was researched and designed,by which TEG output power was systematically tested under the different engine operating conditions.The research content included the relationship between temperature difference and output power,the relationship between operating condition and output power,and the influence of TEG installation on the engine exhausting back pressure.
