Performance Improvement of Interdigitated Electrodes Piezoelectric Fiber Composites
摘 要
交叉指形电极压电纤维复合材料是1-3型压电复合材料的新成员,以提高其驱动应变为目的,采用有限元软件ANSYS分析了其驱动特性,并给出了组分材料特性对驱动性能的影响规律.结果表明:采用低弹性模量、高泊松比的压电相和聚合物相有利于提高压电片的驱动应变;聚合物相的介电常数对驱动应变影响最大,采用高介电常数的聚合物相可以使其驱动应变明显提高.
Abstract
Interdigitated electrodes piezoelectric fiber composites (IDEs) are new members of 1-3 piezoelectric composites.In order to improve the performance of IDEs,the software ANSYS was used to analyze the strain affected by piezoelectric and polymer.The actuation performance of IDEs could be improved efficiently by selecting piezoelectric and polymer with low Youngs modulus and high Poisson ratio.The permittivity of polymer was more important to actuation performance and high permittivity could improve strain more.
