Digraph Method for Machinability Evaluation of Ceramic Materials
摘 要
提出了一种陶瓷材料可加工性综合评价的新方法——有向图法,并制备出六种不同CePO4含量的Ce-ZrO2/CePO4复合陶瓷材料,进行了可加工性评价和钻削加工试验.结果表明:对材料的可加工性评价排序结果与试验结果吻合,该方法可用于陶瓷材料可加工性的评价.
Abstract
A new method—digraph method was proposed for comprehensive evaluation of machinability of ceramic materials.Six composites consisting of CePO4 and zirconia were fabricated,Machinability of the six ceramics were evaluated and drilled testing was performed.The experimental results were in accordance with the rank of machinability evaluation of ceramics.This method can be used in machinability evaluation of ceramic materials.
