Process and Mechanism for Preparing Nano-sized CeO2 Powders by Homogeneous Precipitation Method in Alcohol-water Solvents
摘 要
在醇-水体系中以六亚甲基四胺(HMT)为缓释沉淀剂制备了纳米CeO2粉体,并用TEM和BET对其进行了表征,考察了制备过程中工艺参数对CeO2粉体颗粒大小及团聚的影响,并对影响机理进行了探讨.结果表明:在较佳工艺条件下制备的纳米CeO2平均尺寸约为8nm,与传统的水溶液均匀沉淀法相比较,该方法得到的粉体粒径更小,且分散性好.
Abstract
Nano-sized CeO2 powders were synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method in alcohol-water solution with hexamethylene tetramine (HMT) as precipitator.The nano-particles were characterized by TEM and BET.The process parameters which influenced the size and agglomeration of nanometer CeO2 powders were studied and the influence mechanism was discussed.The average size of the particles prepared by the above method was about 8nm.The particles had smaller size and better dispersion than those obtained from the ordinary powders synthesized by homogeneous precipitation in water solution.
