Failure Analysis of Injection Valve Nut of Diesel Engine High Pressure Oil Pump
摘 要
对断裂的汽车柴油机高压出油阀紧座的宏观、微观断口及显微组织进行了研究.结果表明:高压出油阀紧座其圆柱体内凹角根部无过渡圆角及机加工粗糙是导致裂纹萌生、扩展直至发生疲劳断裂的主要原因.
Abstract
The fracture surface of a failed injection valve nut of diesel engine high pressure oil pump was investigated by visual and SEM.The microstructure of the material for the failed injection valve nut was observed.The results show that fatigue fracture had taken place on the injection valve nut.Absence of the transition fillet at the root of the cylinder interior of the failed injection nut should be mainly responsible for the failure of the injection valve nut and the rough machining in the root region was related to the fracture of the injection valve nut.
