Combination of Strength and Plasticity of a Low Alloy Steel after Torsional Prestrain
摘 要
研究了经过预扭转变形强化后某低合金钢在拉伸中的强塑性变化规律,并对该工艺的强化效果和其对材料塑性潜力的发挥给出了定量分析,在此基础上讨论了材料强塑性的合理配合.结果表明:工程上用预扭转工艺强化材料时,要在材料表面不出现微裂纹的前提下,使预扭转变形量尽可能大,以达到塑性和强度的较佳配合.对于本试验用钢,较佳的预扭转量为8π.
Abstract
The variation law of strength and plasticity of a low alloy steel in tensile test following torsion was studied.The hardening effect of torsion techniques and the exertion of plasticity were analyzed quantitatively and the reasonable combination of strength and plasticity has been discussed.When material is hardened by torsional prestrain in engineering,the multitude of prestrain should be as high as possible and at the same time microcracks on the surface of specimen should be avoided,in order to get an optimal combination of strength and plasticity.A torsional prestrain of 8π was optimal to the tested steel in terms of reasonable combination of strength and plasticity.
