Strength and Toughness of Vanadium Microalloyed Plate Steels
摘 要
测定了不同成分的钒微合金化钢的静态相变点和动态CCT曲线;分别采用再结晶轧制(RCR)和控制轧制(CR)工艺进行轧制,测试了热轧板的拉伸性能和冲击功.结果表明:有效钒、氮含量的增加对钢的Ac1和Ac3相变点的影响不大,而Ar1和Ar3则下降.当冷却速率大于约5 ℃/s时,钢中出现贝氏体组织;当冷却速率超过约9 ℃/s时,组织由贝氏体+铁素体组成.RCR钢的强度高于CR钢,但断裂伸长率和冲击功较低.有效氮含量越高,两种不同工艺轧制对钢的强度和韧性的影响越大,钢中每增加0.001%的有效氮含量,CRC和CR钢的屈服强度分别提高16.8和8.2 MPa.
Abstract
The static phase transformation points and dynamic CCT curves of 5 kinds of vanadium microalloyed plate steels were measured.The steels,processed by recrystallization rolling(RCR) and conventional controlled rolling(CR),respectively were taken to test the mechanical properties and impact toughness.The Ac1 and Ac3 decreased with incresing the effective vanadium and nitrogen.The formation of bainite began while cooling rate reached 5 ℃/s or more,and the pearlite transformation was not be processed with the cooling rate greater than 9 ℃/s.The steel plates by RCR process exhibited higher yield and tensile strengths,but lower elongation and toughness,compared with those by CR process.The precipitation strengthening of the effective nitrogen in the tested steels was presented more remarkably by RCR process than that by CR process.
