Tensile Strength of Stitched Laminates
摘 要
提出了缝合复合材料层板抗拉强度微观分析方法,建立了针脚处纤维局部弯曲的几何模型,将有限元法、桥联模型和最大应力判据相结合,根据主承力层的失效得到层板的抗拉强度,预测的结果与试验值吻合较好.
Abstract
A micro method was presented to study tensile strength of stitched laminates.A geometrical model of local waviness of fiber around stitches was establisbed.Finite element methods were combined with bridging model and maximum stress criteria.Tensile strength of laminates was obtained based on the analysis of 0° ply.Good agreement is found between analytical and experimental results.
