PP/OMMT Nanocomposites Modified by Electron Beam Irradiation
摘 要
采用熔体插层法在双螺杆挤出机中制备了聚丙烯/有机蒙脱土(PP/OMMT)纳米复合材料,讨论了电子束辐照处理对纳米复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:通过辐照处理,可以使PP基体与纳米填料的相容性增加,两者之间的界面相互作用得到了加强,材料的弹性模量上升,断裂伸长率明显下降,整体强度有所上升,材料缺口敏感性增加,缺口冲击强度下降.
Abstract
PP/OMMT nanocomposites were prepared through melt intercalation in twin-screw extruder.The influence of electron beam irradiation on the nanocomposites was discussed.The interface properties between PP matrix and fillers were modified.The elastic modular and strength of the materials were improved.The elongation and notched impact strength declined,and the impact strength of the materials was sensitive to the notch.
