Effect of Process Parameters on Size of Nanosized CeO2 Powders Prepared by Homogenous Precipitation Method in Mixed Alcohol-water Solvents
摘 要
在醇水混合体系中以乙醇为溶剂,六次甲基四胺(HMT)为缓释沉淀剂采用均匀沉淀法制备了纳米CeO2粉体,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等方法对纳米颗粒进行了表征,研究了醇水比、反应温度、反应时间对纳米颗粒粒径的影响.结果表明:随着乙醇含量的增加,纳米颗粒粒径逐渐减小,随着反应温度的升高和反应时间的延长,纳米颗粒粒径增大.
Abstract
Nanosized CeO2 particles were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method in mixed alcohol-water solvents with hexamethylene tetramine (HMT) as slow release precipitator.Effects of composition of mixed solvents,reaction temperature and time on size of the CeO2 nanoparticles were studied.As the content of alcohol increases,the particle size decreases.As the reaction temperature and time increases,the particle size increases.
