Progress in Study of Preparation of Ultrafine TiC Powders
摘 要
对国内外超细TiC粉末的制备技术进行了综述,主要介绍了自蔓延高温合成法、机械合金化法、微波法和低温化学法等的特点及其存在问题,并指出了超细TiC粉末制备技术的发展方向.
Abstract
A review on the developing progress of ultrafine TiC powders is presented.The relevant techniques such as self-propagating high-temperature synthesis,mechanical alloying,microwave method and low temperature chemical method,characteristics and existing problems in preparation are summarized.The development trends of preparation of ultrafine TiC powders are pointed out.
