Influence of Annealing Technology on Structure and Texture of Cold Rolled Unoriented Silicon Steel
摘 要
针对冷轧无取向硅钢退火工艺的特点,研究了退火温度和保温时间对成分为0.004%C,0.33%Si的冷轧无取向硅钢晶粒组织和织构演变的影响.结果表明:退火后,α线上{100}织构密度明显减弱,取向从{112}〈110〉向{111}〈112〉大量聚集;适当增加保温时间有助于提高{100}〈hkl〉织构,900 ℃退火、保温180 s水冷得到的织构分布比较均匀,{001}面织构占有率比较高.
Abstract
Considering the annealing technology of cold rolled unoriented silicon steel,the effects of annealing temperature and time on structure and texture were investigated.The results show that the density of {100}texture drops obviously in the α line,grains get together from {112}〈110〉 to {111}〈112〉.And {100}〈hkl〉 texture increased with soaking time.The texture distributed homogeneously and the {001} texture’s occupancy is improved when the steel is annealed at 900 ℃,for 180 s and then water-cooled.
