Strengthening of Aerial Aluminum Alloy with Laser Shock Peening
摘 要
用激光激波强化工艺对LY2航空铝合金进行了表面强化试验研究,测试了强化前后材料的性能.结果表明:经激光激波强化后材料表面残余压应力提高了约100 MPa,强化深度达1.5 mm,是普通喷丸强化的2~5倍.
Abstract
Aerial aluminum alloy LY12 was strengthened using laser shock peening technology.After laser shock peening,the residual stress at the surface of the material increased 100 MPa,the strengthened depth reached about 1.5 mm which was 2-5 times deeper than that by shot peening.
