Sensibility to Reheating Cracking of CF-62 Steel Spherical Tanks Caused by Re-welding
摘 要
运用焊接热模拟试验方法对两个服役了10 a的CF-62球罐再次组焊的再次裂纹敏感性及其对焊接接头使用性能的影响进行了研究与评价,以确定合适的焊后整体热处理工艺.结果表明:该材料焊后热处理温度在600 ℃以上时有一定的再热裂纹敏感性,焊后热处理温度以545~585 ℃为宜.
Abstract
Reheating cracking of CF-62 spherical tanks having been used for 10 years caused by re-welding was studied and evaluated by means of welding thermal simulation.It is suggested that the postweld heat treatment(PWHT) of the steel should be carried out between 545-585 ℃.
