Preparation and Properties of N-oleoylglutamic Acid as Environment-friendly Lubricating Additive
摘 要
将油酸酰氯和谷氨酸在碱性溶液中反应制备出了N-油酰基谷氨酸润滑油添加剂,用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了表征;用摩擦磨损试验机测试了加入此添加剂的HVI350矿物基础油的摩擦磨损性能,并研究了该添加剂对HVI350矿物基础油的生物降解性能的影响.结果表明:加入适量的N-油酰基谷氨酸后HVI350的无咬卡载荷PB和烧结载荷PD分别提高了27.2%和26.9%;392 N载荷下摩擦30 min后抗磨性提高了15.4%;生物降解指数由原来的21.4%提高至87.9%.
Abstract
N-oleoylglutamic acid was prepared by reactions of glutamic acid with chlorides in alkali solution,and its structure was characterized by means of IR.The tribological behavior of the prepared N-oleoylglutamic acid as lubricating additive for mineral oil was examined using a four-ball friction tester,and the effect of N-oleoylglutamic acid as a new lubricationg additive on biodegradation of HVI350 mineral base oil was studied.The results show that PB increased 27.2% and PD increased 26.9% with the existence of N-oleoylglutamic acid.The additive accelarated the degradation of HVI350 mineral base oil greatly and improved the anti-wear and friction-reducing abilities of HVI350 mineral base oil.
