Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Hardness of T122 Steel Welding Joint
摘 要
通过模拟现场热处理工艺,研究了T122钢焊接接头在不同回火温度下的硬度及显微组织.结果表明:随回火温度提高,其焊缝硬度降低,740~760 ℃回火后焊缝硬度可满足使用要求,回火后焊接热影响区未出现明显的软化现象;原焊缝组织为马氏体和少量δ铁素体的混合组织,740~760 ℃回火可得到板条特征明显的回火马氏体;回火温度对母材的硬度和组织影响不大.
Abstract
The hardness and microstructure of T122 weld joint at different tempering temperaturs has been studied.The hardness of weld joint reduced with the increase of tempering temperature and could satisfy the requirement when tempered at 740-760 ℃,no apparent softening phenomenon appeared in the HAZ after tempering.Microstructure analysis showed that the weld joint was composed of martensite and small quantity of δ ferrite.Temper martensite with apparent lath character could be got by tempering at 740-760 ℃.The tempering temperature had little effect on the hardness and microstructure of base metal.
