Morphology and Composition of Hydroxyapatite Coating Prepared by Simple Plasma Spraying on Carbon/Carbon Composites
摘 要
采用等离子体喷涂法在碳/碳基体表面制备了羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层,以提高其表面的生物活性.采用扫描电子显微镜、电子探针、X射线衍射仪等研究了碳/碳复合材料表面不同深度HA涂层的形貌、相组成、界面结合状况.结果表明:越靠近基体,涂层中α-TCP(α-磷酸三钙)的含量越高,HA的分解量越大;距离表面不同深度的HA涂层中,涂层形貌变化不大;在涂层与基体的界面处,碳、氧、磷、钙四种元素基本没发生互扩散,二者主要为机械结合.
Abstract
A simple plasma spraying method was used to coat hydroxyapaptite (HA) on carbon/carbon composites(C/C composites) to endow their surface with bioactivity.The morphology,composition and interface of the HA coatings with different depths to the surface were systemically studied by using scanning electron microscopy,electron probe microanalyser and X-ray diffraction.Results indicate that the shorter the distance to the C/C substrates is,the higher the content of α-TCP and the decomposition degree of HA are.The morphology of the HA coatings with different depths to the surface are changed little.There is no obvious composition segregation of C,O,P and Ca in the interface of HA coating-C/C substrates.
