Present Production State and Development Tendency of Offshore Platform Steels
摘 要
随着石油资源的短缺和油价的不断上涨,海洋资源开发显得日益重要,海洋平台用钢需求量和性能要求也不断提高.介绍了海洋平台用钢的分类、使用及生产现状,指出了海洋平台用钢的发展趋势.其强度要求不断提高,已由355 MPa和420 MPa增至500 MPa,厚度规格也不断提高,低温韧性向F级发展,而且更加重视海洋平台用钢的耐腐蚀性能.
Abstract
With the serious shortage and increasingly high price of oil resource,the exploitation of ocean recourses become more and more important and the requirement of offshore platform steels is increased.In this paper,the classification,application and production state of offshore platform steels are introduced.And the tendency of offshore platform steels,such as the increased requirement of strength from 355 MPa and 420 MPa to 500 MPa,the demands of large thickness,-60 ℃ low-temperature toughness and improved corrosion resistance in seawater,is pointed out.
